Kundalini is a Dancer

16/11/2025

Kundalini is an energy designed to move through the body. It gives us the possibility to feel bliss within our physical form. In its natural state, kundalini flows and dances around the spine. At times, she may become still—not because she is blocked, but to allow us to experience life through other gateways, such as our mind. In these moments, we can think, perceive, understand, and connect the dots.

Blockages

Yet when we return to our natural state of Being, kundalini rises and begins to dance again. If kundalini were blocked entirely, we would not be alive. Each of us has felt this life force move from time to time. Some areas of the body may be open and fluent, while others may feel stuck. So even though we feel pulses of energy, we may not experience its full, smooth motion from the root chakra all the way to the crown.

We have adapted to the "matrix" of this world — a network of beliefs (programs) that often restrict kundalini's natural flow. These blockages prevent us from fully feeling our bodies and using our potential to its fullest capacity.

Kundalini Activation Process is a method brought into the world to help us reconnect with this energy and allow it to move freely through the body. During a session, you simply lie down and surrender — to the universe, to the force of love. Through this surrender, you may become aware of your own blockages and gently release them through emotional expression, physical movement, laughter, or by doing absolutely nothing and simply resting in stillness.

You are not expected to fully reconnect or activate your kundalini in a single session. Just as you wouldn't expect to become a yoga master after one yoga class, this is a practice that unfolds over time. The more often you connect with your energy, the more familiar and natural it becomes. Gradually, you begin to regain vitality, joy, and clarity, and you start making the life changes that lead you into freedom and into your highest potential.

Ayahuasca

Many people — myself included — compare a KAP session to an ayahuasca experience, but in a much gentler way, where you remain the master of your own process. One reason it may feel similar is because during ayahuasca ceremonies, many people experience an immediate rise of kundalini energy — the medicine rapidly dissolves blockages, allowing the life force to move more freely (more about ayahuasca and kundalini in my other article).

In KAP, you are given the same opportunity to reconnect and to see what was previously invisible — your fears, ego patterns, but also your joy, orgasmic freedom, and the life you were meant to live — yet in a softer, more embodied, and completely natural way.

You can think of a KAP session in the same way as yoga, qi-gong, or any other self-development practice. As humanity evolves, we become more sensitive, more connected to love and to each other, and more aware of our purpose and the Source we came from. Naturally, new methods such as kundalini work are emerging to support this evolution.

We are all connected, all moving toward the same vision — living in joy, co-creating, and building something meaningful. So honor the journey of other starseeds, your brothers and sisters. Everyone is bringing forward a piece that the whole collective needs.

May God give us the strength to be compassionate, remind us of our mission, and fill our hearts with overflowing love.

Let us dance together — the dance of life.
As kundalini moves, so do we. With every breath, every awakening, every moment of surrender, we are already co-creating a new society. Each of us contributes a spark to the collective light.

May we remember that we are dancers in the same sacred rhythm — rising, flowing, and celebrating the divine movement within us.
